Return and Refund Policy
Your statutory rights:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@dryerstands.co.uk with your order number before the 14-day period expires.
Once you notify us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method.
Important - unassembled returns only
Your statutory right to return applies to unassembled, unopened products only. Once a DryerStand has been assembled, it cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund. Assembly constitutes acceptance of the product.
We strongly recommend using our size checker and measuring your laundry space carefully before ordering. If you are unsure whether a DryerStand will fit your setup, contact us before ordering at sales@dryerstands.co.uk.
Damaged or faulty items:
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or with missing parts, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty:
DryerStand comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase shown on your invoice.
The warranty does not cover: improper use or misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental or negligent damage, use other than intended purpose, product modifications, damage from fire, flooding or acts of nature, or purchases from unauthorised sellers.
Not sure it will fit?
Contact us before ordering. It is much easier to confirm compatibility before purchase than after opening the product. Send us your washing machine and tumble dryer model numbers and we will confirm fit.
Purchased through a retailer?
If you purchased through B&Q Marketplace, Harvey Norman Ireland, Amazon, or another authorised retailer, please follow that retailer's return policy. Contact us if you need assistance.
