By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

General:

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this website with supervision from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. We try to keep product details, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Images and descriptions are for guidance, and we may update products, pricing, and availability without notice.

Product fit: 

DryerStand is a freestanding tumble dryer stacking stand. Customers must measure their washing machine, tumble dryer, and available laundry space before ordering. Use our size checker before purchasing if you are unsure. We are not responsible for orders placed without appropriate measurements being taken.

Orders and payments: 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Delivery and buying routes:

UK customers can buy directly through this website. UK shipping is free, prices are shown in GBP, and VAT is included at the prevailing rate.

Orders received before 11am are usually shipped the same day from our UK logistics hub in Aintree, Liverpool, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received after 11am are usually shipped the next working day. Delivery is via DPD or DHL, and most UK orders are received within 1 to 2 working days after shipping. Tracking information is sent by email once the order is fulfilled.

Irish customers should purchase through Harvey Norman Ireland at harveynorman.ie. EU customers should contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best available supply route. Marketplace purchases through B&Q Marketplace, Amazon, or another authorised retailer may follow that retailer's own shipping, support, and returns process.

Returns, refunds, and warranty: 

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, damaged delivery, and warranty claims. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

Intellectual property:

Website content, images, graphics, logos, and product designs belong to Monton Enterprises Ltd, DryerStands UK, Britec Innovative Products, or their respective licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Liability: 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monton Enterprises Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Your statutory rights: 

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

Governing law: 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU and Irish customers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable local law.
